We have a simple $10 flat delivery fee for the areas in our delivery zone, and for orders more than $150 - delivery is free. Our delivery service comes straight from Delica Direct, so remember to thank our driver. There are no middle man couriers here – so you can expect the freshest meats straight from the person who packed it. Thanks for supporting local.
We’re committed to delivering the best quality to Melbourne’s chefs, so our deliveries to you are no different. We use word-class Cryovac® or Thermoform® technology to keep our meat in the best condition possible until it arrives on your table. We keep it simple, your individual order is safely packed in our recycled cardboard packaging, all clearly labelled so there are no mix-ups. Our trucks are all temperature-controlled, but you door step isn’t. To ensure our cuts arrive to your kitchen as intended, please ensure someone is home to receive your delivery as we won’t be able to leave it unattended.
We deliver direct, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Our delivery window  8am to 3pm.

Covid-19 is proving to be a challenge for the community right now. At Delica Direct, we’ve implemented additional hygiene and safety protocols to extend our existing strict hygiene practices that maximize the safety of our team and our valued customers. Moving forward, we will be adhering to all relevant expert advice and instruction as it is handed down by our State and Federal Governments regarding safe food handling and delivery conduct.
All orders will be delivered in Delica Direct PrimeSafe® Certified Food Transport Vehicles that are cleaned and maintained in accordance with Victorian Food Safety Laws and PrimeSafe® guidelines.
All our deliveries will be contactless. Our Delivery Drivers will not engage in any physical contact with customers during the delivery process.
All of our staff routinely wash their hands before and after each delivery and throughout their working day.
